Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to become active.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasionally shipments may be delayed due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs inspections, holidays, or postal delays). We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us  within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue, either by reshipping the item or issuing a refund.

Notes

  • All items are shipped directly from our suppliers; this means shipping times may be longer than traditional retailers.

  • Some products may ship separately from different suppliers.
